This ‘vial’ is the cup of wrath of God, which is the second ‘tribulation’, a tribulation upon the wicked. The word ‘Armageddon’ in the Greek is from the root ‘epicheo’ meaning ‘to pour’, and also from the root of ‘periecho’, meaning ‘to surround, seize, encompass’. God’s wrath is ‘poured’ out upon the wicked, halting this battle of Armageddon, probably before it is ever begun. ... When Jesus returns to take over the kingdoms of the earth: ushering in the thousand year Millennium reign of Christ and His elect, on earth (Rev.20). So what is this ‘four winds’? It represents the change of casting off the flesh and revealing our spiritual body, all the while fleeing towards Christ. It is the 'breath of Life' spiritual body. |
