Gal 3:10    For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, "Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them."

     Paul was quoting from;

 

 Deut.27:26, Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

 

He's merely saying that those who strictly live by The Law, are under a 'curse' when they fail to do everything written in that Law. Can we do it? No; and neither could the Israelites be perfect in It. But Christ was Perfect in The Law, being totally without sin.

 

 Heb.4:15: For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

 

Gal 3:11    But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, "The just shall live by faith."

     
This quote by Paul was from;
