Welcome back to our next study in Genesis. That God's Word reveals the Truth that Cain was not a true 'son' of 'the man Adam' placed in the Garden of God, is difficult to accept for many. Christians today are taught to understand God's Word in the sense that if it does not 'directly' say something like "Cain is not the son of the man Adam", then it can't be true. This is so; not only with the topic of Cain, but with many other subjects within The Word also, such as the three world, or earth ages. The Manuscripts reveal these Truths, and that should be the Main Source for all teachers and students of God's Word. Some might say, "Well if these Truths are there in God's Word, then why didn't God just come out and say, 'Cain is not Adam's son'. I can't believe God would hide such a thing". The fact is, God did not hide these Truths from those who come to Jesus Christ through prayer and study. In other words, certain 'conditions' must be met. A 'discipline' must be gained, and that is the meaning of the word 'disciple' used in The Word. If you held a particular Truth which 'weighed in the balances', so to speak, and you only wanted those that were 'mature' in their hearts (the real meaning of 'be ye therefore perfect') to receive it, meeting the conditions where they would not 'trample' upon the 'Truth', would you just throw It out on the ground for even the profane to pick up? Don't get me wrong. Those profane who have a change of heart, coming to Christ, with sincerity, disciplining themselves in The Word would soon grasp the 'pearls' also.
God's Word is continually growing, in that it is able to cover all 'past, present, and future'. For this reason, it is written in such a way as to explain the general events of all time. This is why you'll find various 'parts' of a Message spread out through many different Books of The Bible. This is also in order to provide 'a second witness' to God's Truth and to let us know that each Book is the inspired Word forming a complete 'covering'. If you don't understand a Message in one place, It will be covered elsewhere in The Word also as 'a second witness'. Some Messages have many more than two occurrences in our Father's Word, pointing to a special Message, ensuring that we have been given ample space to learn. The problem with many Christians today is, they haven't truly read or studied enough of The Word to cover a subject amply. With today's computer technology and the ability to do your own research with some excellent Bible software available, there's no excuse for not studying and gaining more of The Word faster than ever before. As 'heathen' practices have grown to abundance today, likewise God has opened up His Truth to everyone more now than ever.
In Matthew 13, and in other places within The Gospel, Jesus spoke to the multitudes in parables, and His disciples even asked our Lord why. In Isaiah 6, our LORD was asked by Isaiah the prophet 'how long' the people's eyes would be shut, not seeing or hearing with their 'spiritual eyes and ears'. The reply was "...Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate," (Isa.6:11). This is another example of our Father hiding Truth, but only if you haven't understood the events which take place at the 'last trump' Paul spoke of in I Cor.15, and the 'abomination of desolation' which Daniel and our Lord and Savior spoke of also.
When will these 'cities' and 'houses' be without 'inhabitant', and the 'land' (Mount Zion) be 'utterly desolate' by the 'abomination of desolation' sitting where it ought not? Are the cities and houses of today still peopled? Obviously so, Well what kind of condition would that be then? It is when Jesus Christ returns, back to earth, with the saints, destroying Satan's (the 'abomination of desolation') false kingdom upon this earth, and 'all', as Paul would state, are 'changed' into the 'spiritual body' ending the time of the flesh and those works from it, ushering in God's Millennium upon this very earth. All the houses and cities and works by man's hands are going to be destroyed, in one instant, just as when God did it to destroy the first earth age…

Gen.1:2: And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
