It doesn't take much common sense to figure out that since Enoch was Noah's grandfather, and Enoch having prophesied about these 'fallen angels', as given in the Book of Jude, and God pulling Enoch out of the mess, thus Noah undoubtedly knew of this intermixing and understood about the need of keeping his bloodline pure.
Many may have a problem with this idea of Noah and his direct ancestry keeping their lineage pure from the 'eth'Ha'adham', but the Hebrew in the next Chapter of Genesis 6 will make this idea very clear. Remember, 'the particular Adam' placed in the Garden of God was for a special reason; to provide for the 'Seed' of the Woman from which Jesus Christ would be born from. We'll start covering this 'mystery' of the fallen angels mixing with the daughters of flesh in the next Letter.
Peace be with you in Christ Jesus,
Dave Ramey.
