Christ said when He returns He will separate His sheep from the goats.

Matt.25: Read All. 1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. 14 Parable of the talents. 32 The sheep and the goats.

And 'mountains' are symbolic in God's Word many times for 'powers' or 'kingdoms', as for God's Holy Mountain of Zion where He chose to dwell.
As these 'waters' of Noah's time represent the flood of Satan's false kingdom today, the evil one hopes to establish his dominion upon God's Mountain, in Jerusalem. So I hope you understand all these references here to the flood of Noah's time. It is a blueprint for us today.

Gen 7:21   And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man:

Noah pleased God, obeying Him and not man, thus he and his family, who likewise had kept themselves apart and pure from the Nephilim mixing, were spared...nay, saved from this destruction. It must be remembered that many of those who refused God of that time were also descendants of the Adamic bloodline. Gen.5:30 states that Lamech, the father of Noah, also begat other sons and daughters after Noah's birth. So those were included in this 'all flesh died that moved upon the earth'.
What does this all mean for today? Consider the following Message to God's People through Jeremiah the prophet:

Jer 3:22   Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto Thee; for Thou art the LORD our God.

23    Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel.

24    For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.

25    We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.

In as much as Enoch, the seventh from Adam, was one of God's first prophets, he gave warning to his kinsmen just before God took him out of that mess.

Jude 1: Read All. 10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

Heb.11:5: By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Gen.5:24: And Enoch walked with God and he was not; for God took him.
