Isaiah

In the last study on Isaiah, our Father
gave us more specific information on how the Assyrian came into Jerusalem. This was all
given as a 'type', or 'blueprint' for what shall happen in the latter days, but
'another' shall play this role of the Assyrian, instead of Sargon. Many of these events in Isaiah,
which most were history, but others here are still yet to take place, explain much of the
symbology of the Book of Revelation, as given by our Lord Christ Jesus. All Books of the prophets will give the student
information that helps in understanding Revelation, and The Gospel, and should
not just be 'laid' aside, as they are also part of God's Word. Our Father wouldn't have
given them to us if that were not so. Some may feel they're wasting time here in
Isaiah, since The Gospel ('Good News') is already in our possession, but
they err, because even Jesus referred back to The Old Testament prophets many
times, as also did Paul who wrote most of The New Testament. Therefore, by
doing a serious study in The Old Testament, you will know to the 'depth',
lessons our Lord Christ and His Apostles were teaching in The Gospel. Don't
let any man or system tell you The Old Testament isn't necessary anymore.
In this Chapter 11 of Isaiah, our Father
shows us about His 'Branch' Jesus Christ, and the reason why we as servants of The
Living God have no reason to fear this Assyrian (Satan). We ask a Word of Wisdom from our Father,
in Christ Yeshua's Name, Amen.
Isa 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out
of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
This 'Branch'
is a descendant of 'Jesse', the father of King David. You'll find
this genealogy of 'The Branch'
Jesus Christ written in...Luke 3 starting at verse 23:
This is Mary’s lineage, the mother of our Lord and Saviour.
So, here we have in The Old Testament Book
of Isaiah; yet another direct mention of our Lord Jesus Christ. We've been given several already so far in this study of
Isaiah, and there will be more.
David
was our Father's 'anointed',
being the youngest son of Jesse anointed by the prophet Samuel;

Sam.16: 16:7
...for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward
appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. 16:12 And he sent and brought
him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to
look to. And the Lord said, “Arise, anoint him: for this is he.”

Sam 17:50: So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a
stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the
hand of David.
Our Father loved David because he followed His Commandments, and though he sinned, he later did
repent, and God would even say about David. "a man after Mine own
heart."
Acts
13:22: And
when He had removed him, He raised up unto them David to be their King; to whom
also He gave testimony, and said ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after
mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.

Samuel 14: But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the Lord hath sought Him
(A MAN AFTER HIS OWN HEART) and the Lord hath commanded him to be captain over His
People, because thou hast not kept that which the Lord commanded thee.
This meant David's heart was 'perfect' with The LORD, and thus Christ Messiah (the
Anointed One), is also called the 'Son of David' coming from his lineage of
Nathan, not Solomon.
