Isaiah Chapters 11 & 12
were given as a comfort for God's People during Isaiah's time, and to all at
this time, the last generation of flesh, upon earth. Isaiah 12 lets
us know that God will dwell with us upon this earth in the final earth age, and
we are to declare that fact proudly and openly, even today, with boldness! Those last two Chapters revealed the first coming
of Messiah, and also for us today, the coming of Jesus Christ at the Second
Advent, and the thousand year reign by Him and His elect upon the earth, and
even into God's eternity, the third earth age (aion). So how are you doing here in The Old
Testament? Do you now understand that much of The Old
Testament has not yet come to pass even today? Can you also understand
that by passing up the prophets of The Old Testament why the Book of Revelation
can get a little confusing? There's 66 Books in our Holy Bible, between
Old and New Testaments, and 66 Chapters in this Book of Isaiah.
Do you think there might be something to that,
or is it just a coincidence from man's hand?
Isaiah 13 is a Message from our Father
about what He did to the Babylon kingdom by 'His 'anointed' which He surnamed 'Cyrus.'
Isa.45:1: Thus saith the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose
right hand I have holden ,to subdue nations before him, and I will loose the
loins of kings; to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall
not be shut;
. God
used Cyrus to destroy Babylon and subdue all nations given him by God, and he
helped carry out our Father's Will in re-establishing Jerusalem and The Temple.
This all happened historically after the Babylon captivity of the 'house of
Judah' for the 'seventy years'. But for us today, we want the 'blueprint' which Cyrus represents, which
will be the destruction of this Babylon World Order system which is nearly upon
us today. So I'm going to cover both together at the same
time, leaning towards the latter days. We ask a Word of Wisdom from our Father
in Christ's Name, Amen.
Isa
13:1 The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz did see.
This word 'Babylon' is 'baw-bel' in Hebrew, and means 'confusion'
(Strong's no.894). If you've read my Genesis study, I covered a little about
the Assyrian cuneiform Tablets, and the Babylonia of Cain's time, which I
believe, was 'the
land of Nod', east of Eden. That was the first major
region in world history to set up the false worship of 'Baal', or 'bel', so I
hope you see the association of this word with the last Babylon or 'bel' system
which is the last world empire of Revelation. The prophet Isaiah was given this
vision, which this verse declares.
Isa
13:2 Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice
unto them, shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the
nobles.
God is
telling Isaiah to give warning to the people, say it 'loudly', and shake your
hand up in the air back and forth when speaking It, as a 'sent one' (Apostle)
given authority! Put a flag (banner, i.e. Ensign or Christ) upon a high mountain for all to see.
This is in the same sense of Ezek.37:4 telling the 'dry bones' to hear The Word of God. Not
man's word, God's Word, that's the difference.
Well what Message from God's Word is He telling
Isaiah to speak here? That God is going to destroy Babylon!
As Cyrus and his host army were used historically to do it, how's this future Babylon 'beast' system going to be destroyed by God? God
will use His People to do it with His Word through the 'cloven tongue' spoken
on Pentecost day by the Apostles.
Acts 2: 1...the day of Pentecost; 3...cloven tongues; 4 And they
were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as
the spirit gave them utterance. 16 But this is that which was spoken by the
prophet Joel. Acts: 17-28; and 29-47
