Matt.4:4, But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matt, 4:7, Jesus said unto him, “It is written again, Thou shall not tempt the Lord thy God.” Matt 4:10, Then saith Jesus unto him, “Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.” Matt 11:10: For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold I send my messenger before Thy face, which shall prepare Thy way before thee. Matt 21:13: And said unto them, “It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves. Matt 26:24: The Son of man goeth as it is written of Him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! It had been good for that man if he had not been born.” Matt26: 31: Then saith Jesus unto them, “All ye shall be offended because of Me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.”
Isa 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and He shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
Jer.6: 22: Thus saith the Lord, Behold a people cometh from the north country, and a great nation shall be raised from the sides of the earth. Jer. 23: They shall lay hold on bow and spear; they are cruel, and have no mercy; their voice roareth like the sea; and they ride upon horses, set in array as men for war against thee, O daughter of Zion.
As one example, so likewise God is going to let them experience some of the same. God is most fair, and never 'cruel'. As I said before, this 'wrath' will not be experienced by God's People who believe and trust on Him, and specifically 'wait' for His Son Jesus Christ, and are not deceived.
Consider the following given in Isa.26:
Isa 26:18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
I Cor.15: Resurrection:
This is the Seventh Trumpet of Revelation. After this Seventh Trumpet, the Seventh Vial is poured out upon the wicked. It is the 'cup of God's wrath.
