20: Thy sun shall no more go down; nether shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

21: Thy People also shall be all righteousness: they shall inherit the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

22: A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: the Lord will hasten it in His time.

The opposite condition of this darkness is with those who follow our Lord, God's People, being 'children of light', not darkness.

John 12:36: While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light.

Eph.5:8: For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light.

I Thess.5:5: We are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

This 'wrath' event is The Light of God and His People overshadowing darkness, so as to make dim the sun and moon. This event is also written of by our Lord Jesus in;

 Matt.24:29: Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

 With the beginning of the 'Lord's Day', i.e. the thousand years reign of Christ and His elect upon the earth.  Rev.20...key to the bottomless pit:

 If you remember from II Peter 3:8 that to our Father, one day to Him is as a thousand years to us, that should verify to you that this 'Lord's Day' is referring to Christ Jesus' Millennium reign.

Isa 13:11   And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

I'm going to break this down in the Hebrew, so we will have no doubts as to whom God will cause this to come upon The word 'evil' is 'ra' in the Hebrew and from the root 'ra'a', meaning 'properly, to spoil (literally, by breaking to pieces); figuratively, to make (or be) good for nothing, i.e. bad (physically, socially, or morally).' Strong's numbers 7451; 7489, that about covers every evil we could think of going on in this world. The word 'wicked' is the Hebrew 'rasha', meaning 'morally wrong; concretely, an (actively) bad person' (Strong's no.7563). Remember those who haul their cartload of sins around for show, back in Isa.5:18?  This lets us know that these 'wicked' love to do sin, and even 'show n' tell', hoping to lead others astray with them also. It's not about those who love The LORD, but do mess up occasionally with sins, but repent and have a change of heart, trying to follow our Lord and Saviour. The word 'iniquity' is 'Avon' meaning 'perversity, i.e. (moral) evil" (Strong's no.5771). The phrase 'the haughtiness of' is ga'avah in Hebrew, meaning 'arrogance', the same root meaning as 'arrogancy' in this verse (Strong's no.1346). Don't confuse this with righteous indignation, which God's People show at times to our Lord's enemies. This 'arrogancy' is in the sense of defying God and His Authority. The word 'terrible' is 'ariyts' in Hebrew meaning 'fearful, i.e. powerful or tyrannical' (Strong's no.6184).
     So all those who love not God's Truth, setting themselves up as mini 'gods' in the world, loving to be noticed and worshipped by man's standards, the unmerciful, perverse, loving to do evil and push evil in the world, is who this wrath is upon.  Well what about those who teach Christ but are deceived
