Therefore, this Isaiah 23:13 verse is like our Father is saying to Tyrus, "You see what I did to all these other kingdoms prior to you Tyrus? Use them as your example, for you are laid waste!"
One major Truth is that there is only ONE TRUE KINGDOM, and it is that of our Heavenly Father's through His Son Jesus Christ. Recall from Isaiah 9:6 that "the government shall be upon His shoulder", and none other. God through Isaiah refers to The Perfect Government on earth with His Son reigning over it forever.
Rev.11:15. And the seventh angel sounded ; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, “ The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Until that time when God's Perfect Government returns to this earth as a spiritual Kingdom, Satan will always be trying to setup 'his version' of it on this earth. Our Father wants His children to grasp this Message; especially for our leaders which He sets in power. God does also send His faithful children good leaders at the times when His children, as a nation, turn back to Him in thankfulness, and prayer through His Son. The first requirement is to recognize that He exists and is there for us, and 'IF' we turn to Him through Christ Jesus, "...for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

Gen.48:18-22. Read All.
This land of America God has preserved also, as we represent Manasseh, Ephraim's (Great Britain) brother.
Acts 9:5. And he said. “Who art Thou Lord?” And the Lord said, “I am Jesus Whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.”
The Greek word for "pricks" is 'kentron', meaning 'a point, a sting (figuratively poison), or goad (figuratively, divine impulse)' (Strong's no. 2759). That means one who tries to kick against a cactus or prickly pears with bare feet. Ouch! Paul, though in ignorance by following the 'traditions' of his fathers, was going against God's Divine Plan. Paul being Christ's "chosen vessel", was turned back to our Lord. |
