Isaiah 25:1 - 25:12

Recall that the definition of the name 'Isaiah' means 'Yah is Salvation, or Yah has saved' (Yesha'yah; Strong's no. 3470). The subject of this Isaiah 25 Chapter is That Salvation, as there will be direct Gospel parallels given here to our Lord Christ claiming the Victory over Death for us, and the time of His Promised Salvation in eternal Life and eternal peace.
We just completed a warning Chapter of how God will cause this earth to go through a trembling again,
similar to when He once before shook the earth and heavens at Satan's rebellion.

Jeremiah 4:23. I beheld the earth, and, lo.  It was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.

Now... in this 25th Chapter of Isaiah, we will continue to learn why our Father will accomplish this next cleansing of the earth, and ultimately who He will do it for, as we ask a Word of Wisdom from our Heavenly Father in Christ Jesus Name, Amen.

Isa 25:1    O LORD, Thou art my God; I will exalt Thee, I will praise Thy name; for Thou hast done wonderful things; Thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

Our Heavenly Father's Name is 'YaHaVeH' (YHVH) in the Hebrew Manuscripts, as that is the Hebrew for "O LORD" in this verse. His Promised Saviour sent to die upon the cross for the remission of our sins, is 'Immanuel' (God with us) Christ Jesus.

He is our GOD, and He has indeed done wonderful things.

Our Lord Christ gave a Message of good report to the Church at Philadelphia. Those had not denied His Name because they kept His Word.

Rev.3:8; I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept My word, and hast not denied My name.

That means, those of the Church of Philadelphia kept all of God's Word, and thus knew our LORD's Blessed Name of both YaHaVeH the Father and Immanuel Jesus Christ the Son. That relationship between The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit may be a bit difficult to grasp for those who haven't really studied all of God's Word; with some who only stay in The New Testament Word, and others who only stay in The Old Testament Word. Understanding in both Old and New Testaments must be put together for our LORD to reveal the "key of David" in our hearts and minds. And that's what believers in the Church of Philadelphia were given for having kept His Word (Rev.3:7-8). They
