Hebrews 5: Read All.

By keeping to a line by line study in God's Word, you're going to be forced to go into the "strong meat". Many don't want to hear It, and thus many refuse to teach It line upon line. Still, there's no excuse for continually ploughing the same ground over and over, and over, and never getting to actually sowing the Seed of God's Truth.

Isa 28:25     When he hath made plain the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and cast in the principal wheat and the appointed barley and the rie in their place?

When the ground is well ploughed, isn't the next step of actually broadcasting the seed up and down into the dug rows? After all, isn't the goal to sow seed in order to produce a bountiful crop (fruit) blessed by our LORD? Just as with actual planting, who gives us the early and latter rain to water it, and then gives Light to make the seed grow? Likewise, without our Lord's Blessing in sowing His Word, no fruit could be produced without His Blessing. It must... be done His Way, as we can't make His Truth grow in anyone's mind. Only He can do that Blessing when we ask Him by The Holy Spirit. So it is upright to pray to The Father through His Son in asking a Blessing by The Holy Spirit in studying His Word, and in petitioning Him for others to understand It also. I will even say, His servants given to teach are even 'expected' to do that.

 Ezekiel 37:1-14: Read All.

Isa 28:26    For his God doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him.

GOD teaches His in His Word as they learn to discipline themselves in It, and He also corrects them when needed. It takes time to learn any new subject. It also takes time to grasp the many analogies and figures of speech in God's Word, and acquire some sense of Biblical history in order to see the connections of many of our Lord's deeper Messages. All that is like the watering and giving light to the seed, so our Lord can produce fruit through His 'vineyard.

Isaiah 5: Read All.

Always realizing this method of God's Portion in the growing will keep His servants in healthy humility to our LORD, so the fruit can come forth. The Father through His Son Jesus Christ can stop the produce, or continue to make it grow. It is not of us.

Isa 28:27    For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod.

The "fitches" of a lighter, or smaller seed, isn't to be trampled on with a sharp tool, nor do you turn a wagon wheel to beat down the cummin seed. But one uses a walking rod (staff) for some, and a club (rod) with others. In other words, there are different techniques in sowing God's Word among people. Some require a figurative anvil to get their attention, but others are easily bruised, delicate, and can't handle much reproof.

Isa 28:28    Bread corn is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his horsemen.
29    This also cometh forth from the LORD of hosts,
Which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.

Likewise, to achieve a fine corn meal, it takes a longer stone ground process until it reaches the proper consistency for making bread. That means with some, it's going to take more patience and time.. God did not make us all the same in our thinking. The Holy Spirit is our Guide in knowing the right amount needed in each case. I can assure you, The Holy Spirit will let you know when you've gone too far with one who is not properly prepared in The Word by our LORD. Some are like sponges, and can't get enough deeper coverage in The Word, while others need more time to decide for themselves in study.
