means 'to disclose, and lay bear' Strong's no. 602. Someone said to me once, "there's only a tiny amount of The Bible we need to know. Just believe, and you'll be saved." Truly, having faith on The Father through His Son is a requirement unto Salvation. But do you think that individual knows from The Word that God is sending a false messiah first? It's better to admit ignorance and get back into studying The Word, than to just say "It is sealed and nobody knows." In time, we all will know the Full Wine of Christ; maybe not while in the flesh, but we all will fully know.
Jer.31:33-34. Read All.
And verse 24 in this Isaiah Chapter. Isa 29:24 They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine."
However, the level of knowing per The Word which these Isaiah verses are speaking of is not that difficult to discover. It simply comes from Chapter by Chapter, line by line Bible study. Isa 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, "Forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the precept of men: Our Lord Jesus gave this rebuke as the teaching of the "commandments of men" in place of His Doctrine.
Matt.15: Read All. Mark 7: Read All.
Face it, many just do not want to hear God's Word taught Chapter by Chapter, line upon line with understanding. Many would rather come to Church to see a religious show, and leave feeling that all is right with the world! And because of the events that have occurred in the world today, some are starting to wake up, but they want to know by someone other than our Lord how to prepare. I cannot prepare anyone for the latter days; no man can. But our Lord Christ can, by getting into His Word to realize His prophecies are coming to pass as written. That's how we learn our Father's Will, and then know how He wants us to do That Will. Isa 29:14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this People, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid." This "marvellous work" for the latter days is the revealing of the "strong delusion" upon those who would rather listen to the "commandments of men" instead of our Lord's warning of a false one coming prior to our Lord Jesus (2 Thess.2). This is His "strange work" of Isaiah 28:21. When that "strong delusion" is finished with the 'man of sin' being finally revealed to all for who he really is (i.e. Satan trying to play God), then it'll be for many like waking up from a bad dream, suddenly becoming hungry and thirsty, spiritually. How will the five foolish virgins feel when they discover that they had listened to the "wisdom of their wise men", and it caused them to fall away to the false messiah? Matt.25. Read All. |
